Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping Solutions: MicroPharma.us ships all orders via USPS Priority Mail, using well-padded packaging to ensure the safety of your products. Most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days after shipping. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping services. USPS tends to update their tracking late, so give it some time if it is stuck in transit. Sometimes it takes a couple days to get scanned in at a hub.
- Order Processing Schedule: Orders are typically processed and shipped promptly. However, under certain circumstances, such as if we are awaiting a shipment from the lab, we will update the status of your order with a notification such as "waiting for lab shipment."
- International Shipping: MicroPharma.us does ship outside the United States. However, once the package leaves the U.S., the customer assumes full responsibility for any customs issues, delays, or other shipping-related problems.

For large-volume purchases or custom pricing inquiries, please contact us directly.

- Retail Customers: You may register for an account during checkout, which will enable you to track your order status, manage your personal information, and easily reorder in the future. If you checked out as a guest, feel free to email us for updates regarding your order status.
