Returns:
- Case-by-Case Returns: Returns for unopened products may be allowed on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to request a return, please contact us at Sales@MicroPharma.us with the details of your case for further consideration.
- Purity Guarantee: All of our products are backed by a money-back guarantee on purity. We provide third-party testing to ensure the highest quality standards.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives with any items that are damaged during shipping, we will replace the affected products at no cost to you. Please reach out to our support team with your order details and photos of the damaged items.
- Non-Refundable Items: Orders placed for products that are currently in the lab production queue are non-refundable. Once the order has been placed with the lab, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible.
Order Cancellation:
- Pre-Shipment Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order prior to it being shipped, please send a cancellation request to Sales@MicroPharma.us as soon as possible. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer permitted.
